We are pleased to offer our 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom gîtes for longer-term rental from autumn 2026.
Whether you are looking for a comfortable base while relocating, working in the area, renovating a property, or simply seeking a longer stay in beautiful rural France, Les Gîtes du Breuil could be the perfect choice.
Set in a peaceful village in the south of the Deux-Sèvres, Les Gîtes du Breuil are ideally located within easy reach of local towns, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. The nearest facilities are just 8–10 minutes by car, while Niort, Poitiers and Angoulême are all within approximately an hour’s drive.
Gîte La Vigne – 2 Bedrooms
La Vigne features a spacious open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dishwasher, together with a cosy log burner for those cooler evenings.
Upstairs, there is:
* One double bedroom
* One twin bedroom
* Shower room
Gîte Le Poirier – 3 Bedrooms
Le Poirier offers comfortable accommodation comprising:
* Two twin bedrooms
* One double bedroom
* Family shower room
* Separate WC
The fully equipped kitchen/diner includes a washing machine and dishwasher, while the spacious lounge features a large, cosy pellet burner — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the local area.
Outside
Both gîtes have their own private terrace with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. Guests also have access to the large shared gardens, which include a children’s play area with swings and slides.
Convenient off road parking is available next to the gîtes.
