We are situated in the Deux – Sevres department of the Poitou – Charentes which boasts up to 2400 hours of sunshine every year and has the second best climate after the South of France. This warm and gentle micro climate is set in a rural setting of fields, forests, lakes &
rivers ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding and fishing. It is one of the most picturesque areas of France along with the neighbouring area of Vendee. It is a converted barn attached to the main house with its own separate entrance to give you complete privacy. The garden and surrounding area consists of almost 2 acres half of which is laid to lawn and half is a meadow. There is a large heated pool (8 metres by 4 metres) surrounded by a large patio/deck with a shower and plenty of loungers and a hot tub/Jacuzzi. The pool and the surrounding area is shared with the family. Additional features that we offer are bicycles for all ages from adults to toddlers, children’s bicycle seats, helmets etc are also available if required.
