An 18th-century village house full of character that has been respectfully modernised while still retaining all of the features which bring the realisation you are in a French village, not some souless holiday complex. The village itself - around 1700 inhabitants in the height of the summer - still retains its local feel whilst offering over a dozen places to eat and drink, and provides good local

shops and trades. Nestled at the top of the Massif Des Maures, it benefits from very hot days and cooler evenings. A short 15-minute (16km) drive takes you to the nearest beach and the hustle of St Tropez; just over an hour will take you to Monaco, Marseille, the Verdon Gorges and anywhere in between.
