The Farmhouse was built in 1824 by the family Larrivaz and remained in that family until the death of the last surviving Larrivaz (Josèphine) in 1990. The property was converted into six residential apartments in 1992 by the previous owner, from which commercial ski operations were run for number of years. The property is presently used exclusively as a private residence and is currently in the midst of a major refurbishment program.
