is beautiful part of France since 2006. I’m married to Jason and we have 2 cats! We made the move from Jersey to France to get out of the Corporate Rat Race and decided to get into the hospitality business – we were both from a customer service background in previous jobs. We found our dream home in the Vendée and spent 6 months bringing the two attached holiday cottages up to scratch. These became Le Vieux Café and L'Ecurie. After about a year, some friends approached me to see if I could rent out their holiday cottages too, and over the years, word spread in our local area, and I now manage around 20 holiday properties for owners who live around the world, but have properties here in the Vendée. I know all of the owners and properties personally, and visit them whenever I can, taking photos and updating descriptions. We love welcoming guests to our two holiday cottages, and I enjoy arranging the holidays for hundreds of other guests in properties around the Vendée. It’s such a lovely part of France and whenever guests arrive we like to make them feel at home. Lots of guests return year after year as they love the Vendée too! I have a selection of holiday accommodation to suit all needs - ranging from cosy cottages, beachside villas and large country houses for family gatherings and special occasions. All properties and owners are known to me personally, and all have caring owners that love to please their holiday guests. Standards are high and all properties have Wi-Fi; most have pools and gardens as well. All are child-friendly and many welcome dogs.
