The house has all of today’s comforts while decorated with authentic items from yesteryears. Natural products – stone, wood, iron, copper, leather – are used extensively and are well integrated to offer you a warm and welcoming environment. The welcome area immediately puts you in the spirit of Le Colombier. A spacious room containing original items from the property of special interest including a collection of medicine bottles made by the Grésigne glassblowers (14th – 18th centuries), gargoyle replica, a stone Occitan cross, wooden clogs, wine barrels and old photos of family members. Certain regional products are available for sale to take home with you as a souvenir of your vacation. The tiled floor continues into the spacious dining room, furnished with wood, wrought iron and granite. The large wood beams are softly illuminated by several stained glass lamps. Wide French doors let the sunlight in and welcome the beautiful summer mornings. The game room proudly displays an original stone cow trough feeder, 8-ft. American pool table, large screen TV with stereo system, and DVD / Blu-ray players, etc. It’s a perfect room in which to relax.
