Cyling Ascents on tour! As well as the great climbs in the Oisans, we are lucky to also be within riding distance of other great areas to explore. Day one involved the ride there from home plus a small loop. Day two was more relaxed, watching the GFNY Vercors front group on a couple of points on their course!

- very handy for interval training! 😁 I'm smiling becase a) I'm finished my 5 x 3/3 session and b) I managed to squeeze one more VO2 max interval out than last time.

Started off on a UC Oisans club ride, we were the last men standing at the top of Alpe d'Huez 😁😎. Always great to get out on the bike, especially appreciate it when it's with !

What more could you need from a ride? A challenging climb, stunning views, drama (tunnels), a cooling outdoor natural shower, more drama (trail across to Villard Reymond), then a cracking descent back down to the valley.
