As a host and a guest on Booking.com, I am currently in the process of discontinuing business with the platform and removing Ecrins Lodge from their system.
Unfortunately, Booking.com has shown a massive lack of professionalism following multiple security breaches and account takeover (ATO) scams.
Despite being targeted ourselves and losing significant travel credits, the company has failed to provide adequate support or take accountability for these global vulnerabilities.
I no longer trust this company's security or their customer service.

If you receive a message from us asking to cancel your reservation on the platform and move to a Direct Booking, please do not be alarmed. This is a deliberate move to ensure your payment reaches us safely and is not intercepted by the third-party hackers currently exploiting the system.
