Team reward day in legendary Chamonix 🏔️

What a day! Fresh mountain air, epic views of Mont Blanc, and proper alpine energy.

We brought the team to Chamonix for a well-deserved ski trip — time to switch off, ski hard, laugh loud, and enjoy the mountains together.

What a day has arrived. 💙🏔️

Tonight as every Wednesday in the chalet, there’s a smell that says home, winter, and comfort all at once 🤍

Our lamb shoulder tajine has quietly become a ritual — a dish guests ask about year after year, and the one that always brings everyone back to the table a little earlier.

We start with a whole French lamb shoulder, Label Rouge, sourced from Midi-Pyrénées — rich, generous, and full of character. No shortcuts here.
It’s then slow-cooked for 4 full hours, until the meat is so tender it falls apart at the touch of a spoon.

Add to that:

Seasonal winter vegetables

A carefully balanced ras el hanout spice blend

Low heat, patience, and a lot of love

The result?
Deep flavours, warming spices, melt-in-the-mouth lamb — the kind of dish that feels like a reward after a cold day in the mountains 🏔️

It’s more than dinner.
It’s Wednesday tradition, chalet style.
