Road cycling guide to Les Gets
Setting up your base camp at Chalet Bluebell opens the doors to a legendary road network, allowing you to ride the same routes as the Tour de France peloton.
If you prefer tarmac to the trails, here are a few of the iconic loops and climbs accessible right from the village to test your legs:
• Mont Chéry climb: Expert level, 360m elevation gain, 3.92km
• Tour of Mont Chéry: 39km, 360m elevation gain
• Col de Joux Plane via Morzine: 83km, 1510m elevation gain
• Col de la Ramaz and Encrenaz: 55km, 1530m elevation gain
• Col de Joux Plane via Morillon: 53km, 1300m elevation gain
• Mont Caly climb: 7.3km, 376m elevation gain
• Col de la Joux Verte via Montriond: 41km, 1005m elevation gain
To make those big days in the saddle a bit easier, Jane and Rob offer a vehicle support service directly from the chalet.
