In 1991 I bought a group of buildings, ruins basically with a watermill called Moulin Bregeon. This is one of the buildings on the property. My original intention was to create a kind of artist collective in the countryside to evade the high cost of Studio spaces in the cities. Well over time things changed and so I turned the property into a small country retreat.
