Its large enclosed garden provides a safe and relaxing environment for both adults and children and is a perfect base to explore the area. Built in 1903, it has recently been renovated to its former style and offers the following:

BREAKFAST, PACKED LUNCHES,EVENING MEALS AND BBQ'S
Breakfast:
Standard Breakfast includes:
Croissant, French baguette, homemade jam, english tea or coffee,cereals,orange juice
Full English breakfast available on request at an extra charge of 3 euros

Packed lunches:
Packed lunches could be made with English style sliced bread or fresh baguettes. English style sandwiches could be: Brie and Cranberries BLT Cheese and Branston Ham salad Chicken salad Fresh baguette: Pate and mustard Ham and salad Chicken salad Saucisson Rillette Hard boiled egg and salad You also get a fruit, a bottle of water, a chocolate bar and a bag of crips
Price of a packed lunch: 5 Euros
Evening meals:
Starter, Main course, Cheese board, Dessert, Coffee or tea and will be International cooking
Price : 20 Euros/person
PS: We haven't got a licence to serve alcohol so bring your own bottle of wine

BBQ'S in our lovely walled garden can be booked in advance

Self Catering :
• Low season: March, April, May, June and September: £260/week
• High season: July and August: £300/week*

Dear customers and future customers. I am sorry but due to the current Covid crisis, 'Les Eglantines' won't be open this year.

Run by Brigitte who is also a Battlefields Tour Guide, “Les Eglantines” is a proprety full of charm and character. Quietly situated at the edge of the village, this lovely house has a delightful walled garden which you are always welcome to use to share an aperitif, a barbecue or an evening meal. The three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin are all situated on the first floor next to the two bathrooms and toilets. Recently redecorated this house offers comfort in a quirky style ! Five minutes away from the “Remembrance Trail” and ten minutes from the town of Albert, it is a perfect base to explore the area.
