Charming cottage in the Loire valley, with private gardens, petanque alley and heated pool
The cottage is located in the rural countryside @ Marcilly Sur Vienne (40 km from the city of Tours). It is completely independant and easily provides comfort for a family of 4 persons. A nicely covered open terrace with BBQ, a dining- and sitting area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds), bathroom and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen provides you with all you need to cook & dine. The newly installed swimming pool will provide you with plenty of opportunity to exercise. (Heated to 28°C and 4,5 on 11 meters ...)The swimming pool shared with guests from the house adjacent, as it is situated in the common garden. You have access at the end of your garden via little gate.
Enjoy local products from the markets nearby and the great outdoors. The cottage is surrounded by a private garden and throughout the area you have the wonderful castles of the Loire valley!
