Rue Galilee Bed &Breakfast Chambres d'Hotes Marseillan is the southern entry-port of the Canal du Midi and sits on the large lagoon of the Etang du Thau.

Janne had a dream to create a B&B that will give all his guests happy memories of sun drenched days filled with fun, laughter and joy. Set in the ancient phocean city of Marseillan he has found a wonderful Maison du ville which we believe dates back to the late 1700's. ong the way. Surrounded by vineyards it can also boast having the golden sand beaches of The Mediterranean just a few kilometers away. If you think you could enjoy eating freshly caught seafood, tasting oysters and mussels grown in the Etang, sampling wines from local vineyards, chilling out in local restaurants, sailing in the lagoon, cruising down the canal du Midi or swimming in the warm waters of the Mediterranean ... come and stay and find your smiles along the way.

🌿🚨 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝘂 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘀 : 𝗼𝗽𝗲́𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 🚨🌿

Le 20 mai dernier, une importante opération de contrôle a été menée dans les dunes de la Réserve naturelle nationale du Bagnas afin de protéger ce milieu naturel fragile et sa biodiversité exceptionnelle.

Une vingtaine d’agents issus de plusieurs services (forces de l’ordre, gardes du littoral, polices municipales et agents de la Réserve) étaient mobilisés sur le terrain.

⚠️ L’accès aux dunes est interdit afin de préserver des espèces protégées comme le lis maritime ou le Psammodrome des sables.

➡️ 8 personnes ont été verbalisées (135€ d’amende) pour non-respect de la réglementation.

Malgré les nombreuses actions de sensibilisation menées toute l’année par les équipes de l’ADENA, les dégradations persistent. Ces opérations seront donc renouvelées régulièrement afin de préserver durablement ce patrimoine naturel exceptionnel.

With fresh oysters and fresh mussels also on the doorstep, you have to agree that Mediterranean living is good, healthy and Easy!
