I'm Claire, a coach, equine coach, and equestrian tourism guide. After a career in international transport and logistics in the Grenoble region, I chose to retrain for a profession focused on helping others, centered on providing support. I needed to find meaning again, to take the time to connect with people, far from the constraints of the corporate world. We settled in Miallet last January to develop our life project.
I'm Grégory, a business owner for over 20 years, whose motto is "caring." Today, I'm focusing on equine-assisted coaching and offer consulting and support to businesses, particularly in the areas of employee integration, recruitment, and project management. I support organizations through their transformations by fostering collective intelligence, cooperation, and team engagement for the common good. I also work at the equestrian farm, notably with Claire, caring for and training our horses.
What is your equine-assisted therapy?
In Miallet, we offer half-day and full-day horseback rides and treks, as well as equine-assisted coaching sessions.
Our equestrian outings are suitable for both beginners and experienced riders. We pay particular attention to the relationship between rider and horse, emphasizing connection, trust, and the safety of the horse/rider partnership, using an ethological approach.
Miallet's natural setting is a real asset: nestled between a lake, forests, and the trails of the Regional Natural Park, each outing becomes a unique experience in the heart of nature. Equine-assisted coaching, offered individually or in groups, uses the horse as a mediator. It allows for the emergence of awareness, the uncovering of resources, and the overcoming of certain difficulties in one's professional environment. It is a powerful experience that encourages moving forward in a different way, thanks to the relationship with the animal.
What are the priorities for the farm?
We have many ambitions for and around the equestrian farm. First, we want to further develop our business consulting activity by creating spaces for exchange between entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. This activity will be represented under the name “The Human Meaning.”
The idea is to share experiences and best practices, using equine-assisted coaching as a tool for reflection and transformation. Ultimately, we want to build a true ecosystem where all our activities complement and reinforce each other, fostering synergy.
