This week we gathered in circle with Gwenael Le Nohaïc • Pænser nos liens à la Terre 🌱 to dive into eco-psychology and the capacities we need to cultivate to live in more harmony with nature. 🌀

We also really enjoyed learning about the different properties of plants with Juliette L - Alteria🎶 🌿

And of course, we got to enjoy our core weekly activities like surf, yoga, human connection and nature.

Come and discover the simple medicinal plants that are all around us.

Together, we’ll learn how to:
🌱 Recognise some common aromatic and medicinal plants
🌿 Discover their traditional virtues and uses
🫖 Explore simple ways to prepare and use them at home
👃 Connect with plants through our senses and curiosity

I’m Juliette, a producer of aromatic and medicinal plants. I grow and transform my plants by hand, following certified organic farming practices.

This is a hands-on, accessible workshop for the whole family.
Children are welcome — ideally from 7 years old and up. 🌼

A moment to slow down, observe, learn from nature and rediscover the plants that have been part of our lives for generations.
