Set in a beautiful location in the countryside of the Lot et Garonne region. Ideal for a relaxing break, set in 2.5acres of Garden with a 12x6m pool.

Josse is located a few kilometres from many wonderful Bastide villages, castles, chateaux and river valleys to explore. The 2 Gites (2 bed and a 1 bed) are both self catering can be rented separately or together for groups for upto a maximum of 8 persons. Surrounded by fields, a long driveway leads to plentiful private parking along with a large 12x6m swimming pool set in 2.5acres of gardens. The

2 bed Gite has 1 double bed and 2 twins / double) a modern bathroom with toilet, walk in shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen including all utensils, large fridge freezer, oven, grill, microwave and dishwasher. There is an additional utility room including a washing machine and utility sink. The 1 bed gite has all the facilities of the main gite with its own private seating area ideal for watching the amazing sunsets. Secure storage can be provided for any type of sports equipment / motorbikes, bicycles. Well behaved pets are welcome on request. There’s a TV, with English Freesat and free WiFi. The Gites have private gardens with seating area with shade, dining table and BBQ. The 12x6m pool is naturally heated by the sun and is closed October to April. Pétanque court and Table Tennis table for guests to use
There are plenty of activities including walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, canoeing, golf plus wine tasting and gastronomy, with top quality local producers and restaurants. The owners, Chris & Debbie are keen cyclists, they can take you on guided cycle routes of all abilities. There are numerous local markets and the nearest shops and restaurants are 4 kilometres away so transport is recommended. The nearest airport is Bergerac which is 30 minutes away, or Bordeaux which is 2 hours away.
