You’ve come to know Hotel Coutettaz as your home-from-home in the Alps. But there’s one thing many of our guests don’t realise: it’s also one of Morzine’s most romantic wedding venues.
From intimate winter ceremonies against a backdrop of snow-covered peaks to summer celebrations on the lawn beneath the shade of the trees and our fairy-lit stretch tent, our hotel has become a spectacular spot to tie the knot. And it all started with a love story of our own.
Almost 30 years ago, our owner Dorrien Ricardo, met Di over the garden fence, and the two soon fell in love. It was only fitting that they chose the hotel as the place to begin their married life together. Their summer wedding was celebrated in the garden, surrounded by family, friends and the mountains they loved. Fast forward to the present day, and Hotel Coutettaz has become the setting for over 100 weddings, each one as unique as the couple at its heart.
