We are Lynne and Howard Jones, and have renovated our large barn, to create a self'-contained, pet friendly apartment, 5 minutes from exit 21 of the A20 motorway, in beautiful countryside ideal for nature lovers and walkers. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, small lounge with French and English tv, and kitchenette with oven, stovetop, fridge, and kitchenware. Our guests will ha
ve access to a patio with exotic plants, provided by Howard from our small nursery business, onsite, and our guests are welcome to wander around this, and the 5 acres of land we have around the apartment. We have a lovely country walk behind the property, perfect to walk your dog, or have a stretch. We live in a separate house next door to the apartment and are always on hand to help out with inquiries, or any problems you may have. We are situated on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Mouhet, which has a bakery and post office, in peaceful countryside 5 minutes from the motorway. There are many beautiful places to visit in the region, Crozant with its medieval fortress, a lovely walk along the river, and canoe hire in Summer. Le château at Gargilesse, with signposted walks, and winding streets, and the medieval town of St Benoît du Sault, with many places to eat, and beautiful medieval buildings and streets. There are also many lakes near us, some with sandy beaches, and hundreds of well signposted walks.
