We just love it when days begin like this. A beautiful day for a drive in the sunshine to a riverside restaurant, perhaps? How about a bike ride to the village? Or what about a lazy day on site? A swim in the pool? Read a good book under the willows? A walk along the lane before a sizzling bbq?

What à beautiful morning. Today we have a couple of pitches free if anyone is in the area.

On site, a lovely mixture of English, Dutch and French campers. We just love days like these!

Listening to the sounds of happy campers unzipping their tents in the morning to wake up to a brand new day is the happiest sound! ⛺

That and the sound of birds in the trees, crickets on the grass and the frogs in the lake close by. 🐦 🐦‍⬛ 🦗 🐸

Oh, and the popping of corks in the evening under a lazy summer sun! 🍾 🥂
