Dear all,
In recent days, our CWSR hotel has been subject to a lot of attacks regarding the measures taken during this period of health crisis. We have been trying to understand the reason of these attacks. This has started with photos that have become viral on social networks. These photos show people in the hotel not respecting the barrier gestures against the Covid 19. After investigation, these photos are not from the period of the sanitary crisis but are presented as such. The actors at the origin of this false information use this pandemic as a vector to achieve their ends: to arouse mistrust.
We would like to reassure you that your health as well as of our entire team is of the utmost importance to us. We would never have reopened if all the necessary measures (all ARS "Agence Régionale de Santé" measures, social distancing, masks,...) for the safety of all would not have been possible. This epidemic has affected us all deeply. Being in the field of hospitality and carriage, our first concern is that you feel good and safe. Indeed, we exist for you and thanks to you.
To make sure that false information about our hotel stops. We are committed to file a lawsuit for defamation against persons relaying false information that may cause mistrust and worry to our guests.
