Best holiday I've had in a long time!
· The property was in the heart of Nice. Most places of interest are within a 1km walk. The areas of Massena & Jean Medecin are great for some souvenir shopping too. The host was extremely kind and extended a very warm welcome to us. All in all, a great value for money.

A wonderful place to stay with truly superb staff.
· A great hotel located in a perfect location in the center of Nice, still close to the Promenade, and an absolutely superb value for the price. The staff is wonderful too. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Francesco met us upon our arrival and was very helpful in every aspect--he personally showed us our room's amenities and then helped us plan our excursions to Monaco and Cannes. We were going to stay 2 nights elsewhere in the French Riviera, but after staying the first night in Neptune we requested to extend our stay by 2 days and Francesco accommodated our impromtu booking, even though it was a busy weekend for the hotel. If we return to Nice again, we'll be staying in the Neptune!
· Nothing but the rainy weather, but the Neptune has no control of that!

· Excellent location - owner very helpful and welcoming.
Would stay here again without a doubt when we visit Nice again.
Excellent English - my French is not so good.
Bed super comfortable.
Arranged cars which came to the Hotel door to collect us.

Exceptional

Location is amazing, close to the main things to visit! Staff is awesome, place is very clean and all new renovated, very modern and comfortable. Nice is a great location to relax, check out this French gem and especially this Boutique Hotel, they will make sure you have an unforgettable experience.

“It was a very nice hotel to stay in, and I'd stay there again. Very handy.”

Good location near lots of restaurants and bars. Also close to shopping and the beach, plus public transport and the Casino. The reception staff were very helpful with any questions I had.

Nothing to dislike.

The owner and staff were fun to meet and we would certainly return to Boutique Hotel Neptune.
Liked · For a visit to Nice the location is excellent. While no breakfast is available, it takes only moments to reach one of the best boulangere/cafes in Nice. The room was simply furnished but excellent ensuite shower room, super comfy bed and high quality bedding and extremely quiet for a city centre location.
Disliked · Nothing. This accommodation is all about an excellent night's sleep in a central location.

Fantastic location, clean, modern, friendly staff, highly recommend.
Liked · Location is brilliant right in the heart of nice and easy access to train station to Monaco, Cannes etc. Staff extremely helpful. Clean rooms with air con and WiFi, restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend. 10/10

“Awesome!”

Absolutely awesome, great stuff, great manager, quite rooms, clean and safe. Fantastic location - 5 minutes to the sea, less then a minute to the Gallery Lafayette. Highly recommended place to stay in the city center - you will find whatever you need.
