Our “Spring” honey releases a layered bouquet of various flowers the moment it touches your tongue. It is produced by Marc and Karen, passionate beekeepers who carefully handle every step of the process at their facility in Grasse.

We invite you to savor this honey and experience the true essence of Grasse’s local flora.

We were thrilled to host during their recent shoot right next door. Our private garden offered the perfect, quiet sanctuary for the crew to recharge, all while being steps away from the action in the heart of Nice.

If you’re in Nice in the morning, do make sure to visit the Cours Saleya 💐

Located right in the heart of the Old Town, this market is a place that will delight all your senses. It’s bustling with activity from as early as 6 am.

Stalls are lined with Mediterranean fruit, vegetables and seasonal flowers.
Apparently, even local restaurant owners come here to buy their ingredients.

Why not pick up some local treasures such as lavender, soap and olive oil to take home as a memento of the Côte d’Azur?

It’s also a lovely idea to buy some freshly made socca (chickpea pancakes) or a pan bagnat – Nice’s famous sandwich – and take a break by the sea.

Mondays are special: the market transforms into a flea market.

It’s about a 15-minute walk from Hotel L’Abeille, so if you’re visiting Nice, be sure to get up early and pay a visit to this market! 🍋✨

The season has officially begun, and we’ve found our favorite corner of the coast just east of Nice. Coco Beach is a dream of flat, sun-drenched rocks and water so clear.

There’s something so charming about this little rocky paradise, especially the feeling of descending those iron ladders straight into the deep blue Mediterranean.
