Restructured with the help of famous Milanese designers, it is beyond just interior design. Feeling comfortable and at home is what makes it so special. The apartment is 90 square meters located on the 2rd floor of a beautiful Bourgeois building with no lift. However, the stairs are wide and easily managed. You may leave your bicycle or pushchair in the locked storage room on the entrance floor.
The house is perfectly located in the heart of all that Nice has to offer. You are in the middle of the action yet away from the tourist crowds, on a calm and elegant side-street with truly local Niçoise atmosphere.
Walking home, you will enjoy the views of old French Bourgeois buildings from the turn of the 20th century, surrounded by palm trees, with the green hills which surround Nice in the background.
The apartment is a fifteen-minute walk to the beach and the Old Town. Right behind the Nice Etoile shopping mall and the main pedestrian shopping street, Avenue Jean Médecin. Two minutes walk to tram and buses. The train station is only a 10 minutes walk, making the apartment a perfect base to explore every day a different corner of the French Riviera.
Within a 3 minutes walk, you have a great selection of local shops, some literally round the corner: several bakeries, a butcher's, a deli, cheese and fresh pasta. There is also a choice of five supermarkets nearby, and a wealth of options for dining out, from traditional French bistrots with terraces to ethnic eateries and café-concert venues. The Libération street market, with its fresh food stalls and regional products is 10 minutes away. 3 cinemas always with many movies in original language within close range.
