We are selling the whole property, as we are relocating to Spain.

Sadly due to the continuing uncertainty regarding Covid 19 we have decided not to open Maison des Fleurs this year.
I hope everything improves next year so we can all get back to normal.

As the covid crisis subsides we are using the time to renovate the whole of Maison Des Fleurs.
Painting the outside walls and shutters and generally updating.

The weather has been beautiful this year and the garden is looking lovely.
Over the next few weeks we will be taking limited bookings so if anyone is interested then we are open for visitors from the end of June.

Sadly due to the on going crisis we will not be opening Maison des Fleurs for the moment.
We were hoping to open it for the summer months July and August but we will have to wait and see what happens over the coming weeks.

This year due to family commitments I have not advertised as much as usual.
Our daughter has had our first grandchild in Dubai and I have been out there helping her.
But even without extensive advertising we have had a good year. Mostly with return guests who have approached us through my email; [email protected].

Even though I was away my helpful husband continued to open the Gite for anyone who would like to stay.
I shall be having an operation on 16th September and then leaving for Dubai again 14th October.
We shall be closing early due to that.
To everyone who has stayed with us this year and previous years I hope you have a good winter, and a happy Christmas and New Year.
Maison Des Fleurs will be open again in Spring 2020.

This year we have bookings starting in April.
I am redecorating the lounge ready for our guests.
The garden is starting to blossom and I have ideas for its' improvement.
Lets hope there is going to be lovely warm weather for our guests to enjoy the garden and the scenary here in the beautiful Charente.

A new season is about to start at Maison Des Fleurs.
We have some redecorating to do and getting the garden all set for the summer season.
This year we will be opening on the 1st April until 31st October.
We are available for self catering and also B&B.
The price for self catering ranges from £200 per week to £300 for the high season in August.
B&B is 45 Euros per night for week days 50 Euros for weekends.
Breakfast 7 Euros per person and includes continental, cheese, ham, fruit, yoghurts, fresh bread, pancakes, eggs different ways, and new for this year English cooked breakfast if required.
A three course evening meal is available upon request at 15 euros per person inclusive of wine.

This autumn and winter Maison Des Fleurs will be available for booking.
Short stays for a minimum of 2 nights, maximum 5 nights will be £50 per night inclusive of heating and logs for the log burner.
Weekly rates will be £200 inclusive of heating and logs.
For long term stays of a month or more will be £450 per month exclusive of heating.

We are coming to the end of the summer but Maison Des Fleurs is still booked up until the end of October.
