We are uncertain as to who would undertake such a detrimental action towards any business, but we do have our suspicions. We have reported these reviews to the Google Support Team, and some have already been removed from our profile. The two remaining ones are currently under investigation.
As a small, family-owned and operated business, we take great pride in providing high-quality products with a strong focus on exceptional customer service. We acknowledge that we are not without flaws, and we make mistakes, but we are dedicated to learning from them. We also firmly believe that Glasgow has enough room for multiple patisseries, bakeries, coffee shops, and establishments offering sweet treats, all contributing to making people feel happier and better. Our mission is to spread the joy of indulging in a perfect cake, encourage treating oneself to small indulgences, and advocate for acts of kindness towards others.
