MARIE DESROCHERS has been vegan since 2000. She is a Certified Personal Trainer for 13 years and going. She is also a Certified STOTT PILATES Rehabilitation Instructor and Physiotherapist. She can offer personal training sessions, individual Pilates classes, physiotherapy, exercise planning, vegan nutrition planning to anyone around the world. DAVID BINKER became vegan in 2015. an he felt even healthier than ever before and had more energy to perform his favorite sports like cycling and running. David has been a competitive cyclist since 1999 and received his UCI professional racing license in 2002. He is excited about organizing plant-based cycling tours in France and it is his dream to follow the Tour de France live one day. After cooking for thirty years, he also loves experimenting with creative dishes and veganising meals on a daily basis.

Introducing… Sofia! 🐶💕

Can you believe she was found in a plastic garbage bag with her siblings when she was a newborn puppy? 🤯 Thank goodness someone found the puppies and raised them by bottle. 🍼

🤍 Seems a little soon since our hearts are still healing from the loss of Luna… but Lorenzo has been really depressed since we lost her. So, we passively inquired with SPA, a local animal shelter here in France. And voilà, just like that… Sofia came home with us. 🏡

Lorenzo is much happier now, and he get’s along really well with Sofia. She is about 4.5 months old. 🐾

🥰 Luna’s gorgeous memorial portrait has finally arrived safely in our hands. We love it so much! 🤍

We can’t believe it has already been one month now since Luna left us… it saddens us and breaks our hearts to think her life was so short. 😢 We hope she knew just how deeply she was loved, and that she was happy sharing her life with the three of us. 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️🐶

Thank you to for your perfection and for capturing Luna so beautifully. We are forever grateful for your talent, care, and hard work. 💕

🥐 PARIS!!! 🇫🇷 We finally tried Franck’s super fun vegan food street tour in Paris!

It’s so crazzzzy that we’ve lived in France for almost 10 years… and we only knew about one of these restaurants, Marcus Pizze Amore. 🍕

For any of our guests visiting this summer, we would highly recommend doing a day trip to Paris & trying Franck’s tour! 🌱🌱🌱

Sadly, today Luna was cremated… 😭💔 🐾 We said our final goodbyes and gave our last cuddles to our sweet baby Luna. 🌙

Even though we only had her for nearly 3 months, it truly felt like she had been part of our family forever. She filled our days with so much joy, love, and laughter. We keep replaying all the little memories of her in our minds… the cuddles, the happy tail wags, and her bubbly personality. 💕

We unexpectedly lost Luna on May 4th. She was nearly 7 months old. 😢 We adopted her from Sicily, Italy after she was found as a newborn puppy on a beach. She traveled 38 hours by ferry and car to finally make it home to us in France on Feb 13, 2026. 🏡

As the days go by, the pain somehow feels heavier, because we miss her more and more with each passing day...

🫶🏼 Thank you for all the love and kind messages these past days.🤍

We’re slowly getting back into our routines… welcoming and hosting our lovely guests.

And this delicious new dinner addition for our vegan guests… feels like the perfect comforting dish!

🌱 Homemade Thai Green curry made completely from scratch, with most of the vegetables freshly picked from our garden. 🥕🧅🧄

Comfort food is definitely needed this week! ❤️‍🩹

💔 With a very, very heavy heart, on Monday, May 4th, at 10:40am, we lost our baby girl, Luna. 🐾

She went in for a routine spay surgery, but at the end… her heart stopped. The vet did everything to help her heart going. But sadly, Luna’s heart was unable to get through this.

We had such a short time with her… she was a part of our family for almost 3 months. She was a very good girl, intelligent, so loving and adored by her big brother Lorenzo very, very much. 🤍 Luna was only 7 months old.

We wanted Lorenzo to understand everything that was going on. So we brought him to the vet with us to say goodbye to his baby sister. 😭

We are deeply shocked and devastated. Luna was rescued from Sicily, Italy in October after being found on a beach as a tiny puppy. She came home to us on February 13, 2026… exactly two years after Bella’s passing.

Luna was a happy girl, always wagging her tail. She loved running in her garden, playing with Lorenzo, and her favorite toy “Gingy.” She loved food, grass, and cookies. She jumped like a little kangaroo 🦘 and got excited for walks or car rides. She loved her mamma so much. She followed her mamma everywhere and was always glued to her leg. Always staring and watching her mamma. She loved her papa’s cuddles. She had the most beautiful floppiest ears. She looked up to her big brother and always tried to copy him.

She fit so perfectly into our pack. We are so sad we won’t get to celebrate her birthdays or have Christmas’ with her or have more happy memories as a family.

We are completely heartbroken from a very rare complication. Luna will forever be in our hearts and we hope she is now being taken care of by her big sister, Bella. 🌈

Some of Luna’s many nicknames: Luna M***a, Luna Gorgen, Gorgenstein, Luna Bamboona, Kangaroo, Thug life, Macabee, Squirmy, Baby Spice.

Luna will be cremated on May 19 which is when we will say our last goodbyes and give our last cuddles to our sweet baby Luna. 🌙
