I’m perfecting my Lebanese inspired Mezze -a vegetarian delight !
Featured: parsley tabouli with pomegranate and quinoa,, hummus, roasted carrots & eggplant with feta, lemoned celery root with potatoes, cucumber spears, a medley of olives, lavash, fresh citrus, figs dates, Brazil nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cucumber-infused, distilled water and a rustic southwest red wine to tie the earth with the sun.
