We treated ourselves to the out of this world taster menu at Chateau Chambert’s Holodeck restaurant for our anniversary. It exceeded all expectations.

The place is exceptional. The restaurant has a wonderfully stylish, friendly, relaxed and calming ambience with far reaching views across the vineyards and rolling hills. You know the moment you walk in there that you are somewhere special.

The professional yet warm and welcoming hosts & front of house take you on an impeccable journey through the culinary & viticultural stratosphere, with the extremely talented chefs and the expert sommelier at the controls.

Holodeck indeed - we are in the rolling hills of the lot valley countryside but for a few moments we are beamed to Arcachon bay, then Paris, Bordeaux….Tokyo…..Galicia

For me the Holodeck exceeds any of the Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to - The quality is there, but delivered without pretentiousness in a more rustic, family friendly and relaxed manner.

Friends, guests, visitors - beam yourselves up to the Holodeck, you will honestly love it!

A super fun week last week hosting my cousin and her lovely family, 8 adults and 3 infants.
A perfect set up for large family’s to get together with plenty of space, communal areas and private gardens all the kids got lots out of the holiday, enjoying the equipment and toys supplied and the best two little girls to play with.
The weather was super hot and the pool was well used by all.
Everybody enjoyed Greg’s very special wine tasing experience from our local vine yards paired with authentic small plates.
Great memories made for all. 🥰
