🍀🍀🍀 Although I love old stones, they are not the ones that made me sign the purchase of this extraordinary property. Rather, it is the unusual story of a fantastic man, Louis Brossard, passionate about art, culture, history and gastronomy that will ultimately influence my decision.
It is indeed following the research and discovery of this atypical man, who made Champagne so much flow in his life, that I noticed this Napoleon III period property.
His memories tell us that the parties he organized in these places were so sumptuous that all of Paris flocked to be invited and especially to come from the capital to attend the sumptuous shows offered by this rich man.
The greatest opera singers or the most talented dancers of the time performed in this castle for the greatest pleasure of a confidential court which loved above all to enjoy the joys of life.
On entering for the first time in this old house, enlarged and constantly renovated over the last centuries, I felt a call from the founder expressing to me his willingness to "entrust" me with the keys of the castle as well as the continuum of its fabulous story.
I immediately accepted this feeling of "mission" overwhelming me by this same force that had certainly animated the conception of this man 150 years earlier ...
I hope to be able to rekindle the flame of the barely asleep soul of this magical place and make the bubbles "dance" there again as this “Gatsby" did in ancient times.
He lived very long and very happy ... it is very encouraging 😊 ...
