In honor of May 8th, we are diving into our archives. Did you know that Camping Bel Air was founded in 1936, at the very dawn of paid holidays in France? 🏖️

Our grounds also carry the scars of History. During World War II, the site was requisitioned and became "Camp Maza." Today, the bunkers still integrated into our landscape and daily life stand as witnesses to that era and the long journey we have traveled since.

From the birth of popular tourism to the Occupation, and finally to the 4-star resort you know today... we look back with both nostalgia and pride at every step of this transformation. ✨
