We have just received a request from a guest and we always try to accommodate guests requests where possible, a bit of background first though, electric supplies in France date back to the dark ages and is the same to all rural properties, for example we are lucky for instance the chamber ‘d’hote has a 9kw supply, our Gite next door has a 6kw and our property in St Saviour also has a 6kw supply, so back to our guests request, he drives an electric car and has requested an electric hook up of 30kw yes no error on my part I said 30 kw supply so we have had to diss appoint him, but my point is this who is going to pay the electric upgrade cost to allow us all to run electric cars?

A huge thank you to all our guests for the last year, that appreciated all our hard work. You are what makes this so worth while. All new bed linen arrived today for the B and B double rooms. Very chuffed, it’s from a company we haven’t used before, 100 % égyptien coton. Feels lovely, can’t wait to get it washed and on the beds 😊
