This 3 double bedroom gite (one bedroom can configure to a twin) is ideal for families or couples wanting to explore the valley of le Loir or La Loire.Newly rennovated in 2012 & opened in July 2013. The large swimming pool is a real wow, according to our guests to date. Open from May to Sept & is approx 15mx8m. There is a brand new kitchen, lounge with log burner, even air conditioning on the ground floor. Whether you like the thrills of Le Mans 24 hours for bikes or classic cars, or simply looking to explore the area of pays de loire with its many vineyards, this is the perfect place. 11th July 2013 saw the tour de france coming through the village of Precigne. La Fleche Zoo is only 30 minutes away and Paris is reachable via TGV in just over one hour from Sable .The famous chateau of Saumur & Villandry are only a short drive away. Excellent area for shopping in Angers, Le Mans, Nantes, Laval or Tours. Perfect access either via Angers airport in the summer, Tours or Nantes all year, or just 4 hours drive from Calais, 2 hours from Caen. On arrival you will find a welcome basket & bottle of local wine. The gite is WIFI enabled to give our guests the ability to surf the local area too. A security deposit of £300 is payable together with final balance, which will be returned 10 days after depature.
