Fresh barramundi getting the full Harmony treatment na.

Organic mango for sweet sweet.
Organic avocado for creamy creamy.
Organic cherry tomatoes.
Red onion + coriander.
Thai pesto for the herby boom 🌿
Sacha inchi oil because olive oil cannot have all the fun 555.

Fresh, fruity, creamy, little tangy, little Thai.
Basically very easy to eat. Maybe too easy. 👀

Slow smoked, juicy juicy, proper beefy situation.

Wagyu Fries.
Yes. Fries cooked in Wagyu fat. Because why use normal oil when you can make life more complicated and delicious? 😂

And then our mango & honey BBQ sauce 🥭🍯
Sweet sweet. Smoky. Sticky. Little naughty.

One bite ribs.

Dip dip in the mango BBQ.
