New drop from the Harmony kitchen na! 🐟🇹🇭

Look at this little beauty.

Our dry-aged bonito crudo just joined the family, and this one deserves your attention na. 👀

Beautiful Thai bonito, carefully dry-aged, sliced nice and thin, swimming in a passion fruit leche de tigre, with coriander oil, onion gel and a few crunchy little surprises.

Little bit French technique. Little bit Peruvian inspiration. Plenty Thai attitude. 😂

Fresh, tangy, fatty, crunchy, little spicy… ohoooo, so many things happening in one mouthful.

And yes, we dry-age our fish too.

Because apparently waiting for beef wasn’t complicated enough for our kitchen. 😭

Rainy season at Harmony Krungthep na. 🌧️🌳

We wanted a beautiful garden with big trees, fresh air, little waterfall, all the peaceful things.

Bangkok said okay, I give you plenty water. 😂

And after the renovation we’ve been through, we’re actually quite happy to see water falling exactly where it’s supposed to.

Outside the house.

Not through the roof.
Not inside the bar.
Not from the air conditioning.

Just outside. Like normal water should do na. 😭

Little bit tropical jungle, little bit garden oasis, little bit Bangkok being Bangkok.

And honestly? We kind of love it.

Now we just need to convince the roof to behave forever.

Mai pen rai. One problem at a time. 😂

OULALAAAA. Welcome home na

Big house. Big garden. Big trees. Little lights. And a kitchen ready to make some serious trouble. 🔥

We came from a little island called Koh Tao, opened a cheeky corner in Sukhumvit 22… and now THIS?!

Ohooooo
But you know what is funny?

The bigger Harmony becomes, the more we want people to feel at home.

Come for a quick bite. Stay for a lazy dinner. Bring your friends, your family, your date… even your mother-in-law, we no judge na. 😭😂

Beautiful setting? Yes.
Serious cooking? Absolutely.
Fine dining with three forks and a waiter watching you breathe?

This is a bistro with a Thai soul, a little French attitude, and a very big garden.

No stiff business. No unnecessary ceremony.

Just good food, good people, and hopefully a lot of very good memories.

FROM KOH TAO… TO YEN AKAT. 🌴➡️🏙️➡️🌳

OULALA. This one is a little bit special na. ❤️
We didn’t sleep much since 3 month cause something special was cooking laew.

Harmony was born on a small island.
Koh Tao. The lovely local support. Koh Tao Rescue who actually saved my life.

A garden, an open kitchen, Thai ingredients, Western cooking, dry-aged beef, smoke, fire… and a lot of ideas that sometimes make our team wonder what the hell we are doing. 😂

Then came Sukhumvit 22.
Our first step into Bangkok. Where Bangkok People start to know Harmony Experience

But we were still looking for something.

A place where Harmony could finally have its full expression.
Not just another restaurant.
Our flagship.

And then we found Yen Akat.

เย็นอากาศ — “cool air.” 🌳

Even the name feels right.

A beautiful villa hidden behind the trees. A huge garden. Space to breathe. Space to cook. Space to host. Space to make Harmony a little more grown-up… but hopefully not too much. 😂

Because this is what we were looking for.

A place where the Thai ingredients we’ve been fighting for since Koh Tao can meet the full Harmony experience.

Thai Wagyu. Local seafood. Artisan cheese & cold cuts. Dry-aging. Smoke. Fire. Craft drinks. W**e. Private dinners. Big tables. Little tables. Events. Full buyouts. And probably a few ideas we haven’t invented yet. 😌

Koh Tao was where Harmony was born. The showroom na. Since day one it wasn’t the final idea na.
Sukhumvit was our first Bangkok adventure. Where Bangkokians start to know us. How they discover Harmony.
Yen Akat is where we give Harmony room to become everything we imagined it could be.

Our flagship.
Our proper expression.

And somehow, after all that searching, we ended up somewhere called “cool air.”

Mai bad na. 🌳😂

OKAYYYY… NIGHT TIME HIT DIFFERENT NA. 🌳✨😂

We knew the garden was big.
We knew the trees were beautiful.

But then we switch on the lights and…

OULALA. What happened here? 😭

Little bit Bangkok.
Little bit jungle.
Little bit romantic.
Little bit “maybe just one more bottle” situation. 😂🍷

You arrive from the road, follow the lights, disappear under the trees… and suddenly city mai have anymore.

Still some work to do na.
Still moving things. Still changing things. Still driving everyone crazy with “maybe this light 20cm more left?” 😂

But slowly slowly, she coming alive.

And we must admit…

She sexy at night na. 😌🌳

OULALA. Look who got herself a fancy entrance.

Big doors. Little lights. Beautiful curves. And our name finally shining on the wall. ✨

HARMONY KRUNGTHEP.

We used to welcome you in flip-flops on Koh Tao. Now we have a little bit bigger with a proper entrance.

Wahhhh… we becoming hi-so already or what?! 😂

But wait wait wait na.

FANCY HOUSE DOESN’T MEAN FINE DINING. MAI CHAI! 🙅‍♂️😂

No need to whisper.
No need to sit like you’re meeting the King.
No need to Google which fork to use first.

We have beautiful plates, yes.
We have serious food, yes.
We have fancy w**e, also yes.

But we still like big steaks, messy fingers, loud laughs and people who accidentally stay for another three hours. 🥩🍷

Serious about the food. Not so serious about ourselves.

Same slightly crazy Harmony family.
Same obsession with Thai ingredients.
Same kitchen making too much smoke and probably giving the manager a headache. 😂

Little bit more elegant? Maybe.
Little bit more hi-so? Ohoooo, look at the entrance!
Fine dining? MAI AO NA. 😌

But sometimes customer say “well done please” and kitchen has to respect the mission. 😂

Luckily this dude can take it.

Thai Wagyu 11/12 MBS.
60 days dry-aged.
So much marbling that even well done, it stays ridiculously tender and juicy.

Would we cook it like this for ourselves?
Absolutely mai. 😂
Can it handle it? Ohoooo yes.

New batch just landed.
Very fatty. Very sexy. Very dangerous for self-control.
