Our Story

Our new Raison d'être – Keeping people safe

We enjoy nothing more than welcoming guests at the Domaine de Terrac. We would rather be doing this, and not back in confinement. For this reason, we have put in place a number of new measures in order to keep our guests and us safe. You will be greeted by us wearing a mask and this will be worn during meal service along with gloves. Your temperature will be checked on arrival and again each day. We have removed all unnecessary items from all of the rooms. Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are changed for every new guest arrival. Hand sanitizer is available in each room and throughout the common areas. Guests are provided a dedicated table throughout their stay for meals. All literature has been removed but is available on request. All rooms are thoroughly aired and cleaned using a combination of soapy water and bleach: both proven to be the best way to destroy the virus. Common areas including handrails, light switches and door handles will be cleaned minimum 4 times a day. This will include doors wherever possible. Disposable masks are available for the charge of 1€ (if required). We can also recommend local restaurants that have good safety measures in place. Most importantly and in order to maintain safe social distancing, we have closed 2 of our 5 rooms. We can make small exceptions to this but only if the people staying are in a close group of family or friends. Please contact directly should you like to discuss this possibility. Due to the increased cleaning requirements, we have a minimum stay of two nights until further notice. Finally, we will contact you 14 days after your stay to ensure you are still well.
