Hi there! We are Susan and Fred an Australian and Monegasque married couple, your friendly and convivial hosts. We love having guests in our rentals property on the beach in the south of France. We are always available to help you with anything you need during your stay as we are living in our private section of the property. We are passionate about hospitality and customer service. We will also respect your privacy and space. It makes us happy to share with you such a magical unique place that is ''Villa Sun Beach'' and the Var region that is full of contrast and charm, from the dazzling beaches to the picturesque villages, from the vineyards to the mountains. You will never run out of things to see and do here. We are passionate about outdoor sports like mountain biking ,trekking ,paddle boarding or sailing all that can be done around our place. Hello everyone. We are almost back at Villa Sunbeach, and we can’t wait to be there. This year we are opening sooner, on the 14th of May, and we are closing later, on the 12th of October. The upcoming season is going to be very busy, as we already have a lot of bookings. I am about to free some dates that were booked, but the customers are no longer coming. It is the triple bedroom for 6 nights from Friday, the 7th of August. I will release those dates in 48 hours, so if you are interested, you can send me a private message.
