An important message from France

Bonjour notre amis

Hi all. As its 37 degrees, the lawn is crispy brown, and the grape harvest is ripening nicely on the vines, one cannot hep but think of CHRISTMAS.
To that end we would like to offer all our facebook friends (and any of your friends who may be interested as well) to the second year of our infamous long weekend “Get in the mood for Christmas “ breaks n the South of France.

Three nights of fun, festivities, food, fine wine, more food, some more wine, an odd croque monsieur, a coq au vin, and even a few French tarts.
There will of course be the chance for rest and relaxation, and if you wish there are also optional events like a wine tasting trip to a local Chateau, maybe a few Christmas games over dinner, and we can even arrange an light hearted French Lesson (possibly accompanied by shots of French liquors!!) Of course there will be time on the way back to the airport on the Monday to head into Bordeaux cemtre to have a look in the Christmas Market, and the fantastic shops, full of great Christmas present goodies!

This year we have more rooms available, three Doubles, one Twin, and for the more adventurous one Triple!
The dates we have in mind are Friday 7th Dec to Monday 10th Dec, or Friday 14th Dec to Monday 17th Dec. We are happy to look at dates in November if that suits you all better. Price is 185 euro per person and includes three nights Bed, Breakfast and Dinner and of course beer and local wine.
If you need and couple of extra nights before or after we are also offering bargain room rates for the extra nights of 60 euro B&B.
At the moment flights from Bristol for these weekends are available for around £45 return, so all in all its a bargain, and fun!

Great Deals
Now is the time to take advantage of great spring weather here in SW France, this week the temperature is sitting in the high 20's, perfect fpr exploring Chateau, Vineyards or just sitting relaxing in our lovely garden. We have great last minute deals available for rooms, with our 10/10 rated breakfast, and to top it all, in the next few months air fares are still to be found at bargain prices. I did a quick search today for return flights on easyjet from Bristol and found them at less than £60, Ryanair are offering Bristol from £52 return, and if you fancy a bit of BA Eurotraveller, you can get Gatwick to Bordeaux on British Airways from just £28 e/w.
We are pleased to offer you our latest bedroom, overlooking our garden, and with its own terrace with bistro table and chairs where you can enjoy an evening glass of red as you watch the sun slip over the distant farmland.
