This is an area well known for its fantastic micro-climate affording it similar levels of sunshine to that seen on the Cote d'Azur but at a fraction of the price. Here, you will discover vineyards, pineau & cognac houses, stunning chateaux, historical sites and a beautiful countryside of forest & beaches. Local activities include trail biking, hiking, horse-riding, sailing, surfing, fishing & more. The villas each have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, fitted kitchens, outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool and come fully equipped and furnished and are priced at just 399,800 Euros. The residence is unique in many ways, not least because of the quality of the properties and the services and equipment on site but also because it is the only development that has been set-up to allow property owners to actually earn a very good rental income from their property when they are not there but with no obligation whatsoever to do so. In this way owners have the best of both worlds and offers them great flexibility and therefore appeals to second home buyers, permanent residents and investors alike. As it complies with a government tax scheme there is no or very little income tax to pay on the rental income if the villa is rented out even if buying with cash so with a projected NET rent of 7.1% (if 18 weeks rented out) makes it very attractive either as an investment or holiday home or both.
