388 fromages de chèvre à Meyrals !

Dimanche, la ferme La Chèvre et le Chou accueillait une journée exceptionnelle autour du fromage de chèvre, organisée par le Syndicat Caprin Dordogne-Périgord.

Le défi ? Réunir le plus grand plateau de fromages de chèvre du monde.

Le résultat : 388 fromages, venus de France, d’Europe et d’ailleurs !

Producteurs passionnés, dégustations, marché, animations, musique et beaucoup de convivialité ont fait de cette journée une véritable fête du terroir.

La Croatie, invitée d’honneur, apportait également une belle touche internationale à l’événement.

Une magnifique célébration du savoir-faire des producteurs et de la richesse du monde caprin — le tout parfaitement capturé par les photos d’Ian pour CookDordogne.

Un record, mais surtout une très belle journée !
