La Marette is situated on the edge of the village St Denis Du Payre which is in itself a Bird Sanctuary and Natural Reserve. This well maintained and pretty villa consists of 3 double / tripple bedrooms plus a self contained studio with king sized bed and bed settee with its own toilet and wet room.The main house has well proportioned bathroom including sofa bath with shower and fitted corner show

The 10 x 5 meter pool is heated and is surrounded by countryside, palm trees and bamboo. Stuart cleans and maintains the pool during your stay. The pool area is set within a fenced garden to the side of the villa. It is surrounded by roses, lavander and Russian sage. Sunbeds and a pool side table and chairs are provided. On the main patio, accessed via french doors from both the main house and the studio is a large table with benches and a gas barbeque. The studio and the main bedroom overlook the pool. In the garden there is plenty to keep the children entertained with a trampoline, ping pong table and swings. Books, games and Disney plud provided.
