Thank you so much, we are fully booked this year! 🙏❤️

We opened our coliving almost 3 years ago, and there were many ups and downs along the way while building our nomad community and still working our remote jobs.

This year, for the first time, both our villa in Biot and our apartment in Nice were booked 3 months in advance, even through what we used to consider our low season. We even had to turn down some inquiries.

We are so grateful for this amazing journey and for meeting so many great travellers, and we are excited that we are still nomading and have a team who helps us manage our colivings.

🍷🥜 NEW AT THE VILLA: HONESTY BAR

We're always looking for ways to make life at the villa easier, so we just set up an honesty bar, stocked with drinks, snacks and ready meals, available to everyone, day or night.

⛰️🌊 This weekend the group couldn't agree on mountains or beach, so we didn't choose.

Saturday morning one crew drove up to the mountains for the views, another headed down to the beach, and by the evening everyone had their own stories to swap.

That's the perk of being based on the French Riviera: both are right there ✨

Meet Kris, our host with the best NomadUnion history in the house 👋

He came to NomadUnion as one of our very first guests. He liked it so much he kept coming back, staying with us as a host multiple times and now he's part of the family as our long term host 🏡

A few things you should know about Kris:

⛰️He hikes every chance he gets
🥞🔥 He can flip a crepe (double flip, no less, we've seen it)
💃🕺You will absolutely find him at Wayne's dancing on the tables when the night calls for it

Oh, and when he's not hosting, he's an accredited life coach and a software engineer, so yes, he can debug your code and your mindset in the same afternoon 🧠💻
