Situé entre La Clusaz et Le Grand Bornand (3 km chacun), il est parfaitement placé pour profiter du meilleur de la chaîne des Aravis et le lac d'Annecy à seulement 30 minutes en voiture. Le chalet a trois étages - les deux derniers étages offrent 3 chambres doubles / lits jumeaux, un lit simple et 2 nouvelles salles de bains modernes. Une belle pièce à vivre avec cheminée et une cuisine élégante donnant sur le balcon avec vue incroyable sur la vallée. À l'étage inférieur, il y a un studio indépendant, moderne et confortable, pouvant accueillir 2 à 4 personnes avec vue sur la terrasse et l'espace barbecue. Les deux parties ont accès à la buanderie et au local à skis / chaufferie. Located between La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (3 km each), it is perfectly placed to enjoy the best of the Aravis range and Lake Annecy just 30 minutes by car. Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, mountain biking, walking, cycling, swimming, fishing, golf, paragliding, via ferrata, canyoning - this is the ideal place to visit all year round. The chalet has three floors - the top two floors offer 3 double / twin bedrooms, a single bed and 2 new modern bathrooms. A beautiful living room with fireplace and an elegant kitchen opening onto the balcony with incredible views of the valley. On the lower floor, there is an independent, modern and comfortable studio, which can accommodate 2/4 with view on the terrace and the barbecue area.
