Sleeps up to 16 (5 bedrooms upstairs: 3 with large double beds and ensuite bathrooms, 1 with large double bed plus 2 single beds and bathroom down a small staircase, one bunkbed room (with 2 extra single mattresses if needed), 2 rooms (with double sofa beds) downstairs plus 2 cots for use). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, double oven plus warming oven; large living room with open fire; TV

room with Freesat (English language TV channels) plus DVD player; separate TV and DVD area in gallery above living room; playroom with toys. Huge garden (1 hectare...) and terrace, with outdoor furniture, gas and charcoal BBQs, children's swing set/slide and large trampoline. Available for a minimum 2 night stay: f;exile changeover days.
