Our private chef Axel, made this incredible dinner for our special guests tonight:

Celeriac remoulade with quail egg and carrot chips, with a celeriac and crème fraiche sauce for the entrée

Chorizo, saffron and andouille risotto, with hibiscus-encrusted smoked pork fillet mignon and chicken, smoked beetroot and rose vinegar jus for the main

Dessert is a tribute to the clementine
