with very little traffic. The nearby rail road is no longer in service. Only 4 kms from the Small Town Saulieu with all shops and services, and the natural Tourist attraction ‘Chamboux lake’ for fishing, swimming, boating and beaches. Two roomed (65m²) ground floor level accommodation with private entrance and terrace. The main room comprises a kitchen corner with fridge, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, iron, washing machine, crockery included. Dining area and Lounge, television, books, videos, WIFI. Convertible sofa for one extra person. Bedroom with large and comfortable bed, and lovely countryside views, a new fireside area with stove and sofa (convertible for 2 extra sleeping places), separate WC and bathroom with shower. Garden Table and chairs and a Barbecue are provided on the terrace and Garden loungers in the Private Park
