Martin Farmhouse' is a beautiful farmhouse in the middle of the Normandy countryside, it is ideal for young and extended families. It has five bedrooms and easily accommodates 9 people plus 2 travel cots. We have everything a young family could need including stair gates, Chico high chairs, travel cots, bed guards, booster seats and playroom. Plus we have recently refurbished the house with beauti

ful linen (mainly Egyptian cotton) towels (very fluffy!!) and gorgeous furnishings. The charm of the property is its tranquil location, where sitting reading your novel whilst drinking a glass of Chablis is a must and all you can hear is the birds singing and the trees gently rustling in the wind. We hope you will come and stay here and enjoy the peacefulness of the rural setting and the charm of the house and its grounds. From the house you are within easy driving distance of an outside pool and lake, the west Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel and much of the historic towns and beautiful countryside that make Normandy such a popular place to holiday. The local town, Villedieu les Poeles, is ten minutes drive away. It has a wide range of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. To book, please email or phone Emma for availability. The cost of the house is between £500- £1000 p/w Booking is from Saturday to Saturday - other periods possible during school term times by arrangement. A 20% non-refundable deposit is due on booking, with the balance due not later than a month before your holiday. A returnable £200 damage deposit is also required at the same time. Fuel, towels and bed linen included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

We still have lots of availability for this year! £500 p/w off season and £1000 p/w peak. An idyllic setting, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, set in 2/3rds of an acre.
