If you come by train arrive at Castillon La Bataille. We can pick you up if you call us on 000 33 7 82595633. If you drive come from either Bordeaux or Castillon La Bataille or from Bergerac, take the D21 ro Villefranche de Lonchat. After a village called Capitourlan take a right turn about a mile later over a small bridge. Continue on that road and turn left where it is signed to Genouillat or Maison Neuf and contionue along there until the road turns sharp right, we are on your left.

A Place of Nature
Autumn has just turned into Winter. It only took 2 weeks and suddenly minus temperature figures morning and some evenings are not uncommon. In the day though it is 10 to 15 degrees usually, with some sunshine. Rarely do we have the grey drizzly days of the UK. And the good restaurants are still there and St Emilion buzzes with great wines and the most beautiful views. And Bordeaux that is less than an hour away has so much to see. Perhaps I should consider being an ex-patriot meteo man?
