I've been struggling to grow courgettes from seed this year.

I kept trying, but for some reason they just didn't seem to succeed.

When I went to check on my pattypan squash, I discovered that they were actually courgettes! 😅

This year, I'm also trying to grow some Japanese vegetables. I hope they will produce plenty of fruit.

I just posted a new vlog on my channel, "Sakura in Dordogne," where I share my spring harvest and an easy recipe for days when I don't feel like cooking.

今年はズッキーニの種まきにずっと苦戦していました。

何度か挑戦したのですが、なぜかうまく育たなくて…。

ところが、パティソンの様子を見に行ったら、なんとパティソンではなくズッキーニだったことが判明しました😅

We visited this enormous brocante last weekend.

I found it on Google Maps and looked at the photos before going, but the scale of it completely exceeded my expectations.

Despite the huge number of objects, everything was surprisingly well organised.

I’m editing the videos now ☺️
I’ll share more information about this brocante when I post the video📍

先週末、とても大きなブロカントへ行ってきました。

 行く前にGoogleマップで見つけて写真も見ていたのですが、実際は想像以上のスケールでした。

I’m going to take it apart and clean the fabric as well ✨

It seems that ironing embroidered decorative cloth from the back helps prevent the embroidery from getting damaged or burned.

Little tips like this are always good to know and give peace of mind ☺️
