We are in the beautiful Charente Maritime in SW France , just outside Saint Savinien in 17350.

We have a large 4 bed farmhouse, 3.5 bathrooms, a private pool, enclosed gardens opposite farmland. We have a large fully equipped kitchen, and an outside covered barn , BBQ’s and area by the pool all to enjoy eating Al a fresco . We have 2 salons , one for relaxing, the other for tv , games, and WIFI
Air conditioning downstairs & we are installing new ceiling fans plus the standalone fans for the bedrooms.

A Short gentle stroll into saint Savinien with all its amenities , restaurants, French bars boulangeries, local food market , nestled on river Charente.

Less than an hour from La Rochelle and it’s glorious Atlantic beaches , old Port and the islands of Ile De Re and Ile d’Oléron. The Larger towns of Saintes, Maritime in SW France , just outside Saint Savinien in 17350.

There is a small boating lake with attractions for the youngsters and an outdoor pool with slides , a couple of minutes walk from the house. Plenty of kayaking , canoing on the river.

Beautiful local walks along the river and fields. There are local Vineyards & Chateau’s to visit.

Further afield Bordeaux , Cognac & the Dordogne are within reach.

Puy du Fou is a must for an amazing day out.
