✨ Big news… I’m now an official Brand Ambassador for Just Strong 💪❤️ Eek! Who would have thought! Not me that's for sure, or should I say the old version of me!! But Stephanie Lauren 2026 is ready!!

To me, “Just Strong” isn’t just about muscles or the size of your waist!!

It’s about being:

If the door opens — walk through it.

Weekend lesson— opportunities don’t arrive when you’re “ready.”
They arrive when you’re brave. Even in a bad hair, nails, make up, dress day!!
Growth doesn’t tap you gently on the shoulder.
It throws you in and waits to see if you swim.

And yes she is really that beautiful, and tall and warm, grounded, generous with her time and encouragement. The whole team were absolute pros. Calm. Classy. Kind. You can feel when people genuinely want you to do well — and that energy matters.
Huge thank you to Vanessa for coming on the adventure. Every bold move needs a witness (and someone to laugh with when your hair has its own personality even a Wonka One).
If there’s one thing I’m taking from this weekend it’s this:

Carter is nearly 8 now, and had no interest in wanting to ride a bike. Then three day's ago he said "let's do it" Well about 300 falls later, and he did it he's done it 😎 He kept on going, and persevering, and we are super proud of him, clearly as much as he is of himself. Although he now has the confidence and thinks it's funny to ride in to everything 🙄 Thank god for a big garden.
But a big yeyyyy for CJ ❤️
